A Chiropractic Mock Trial

Program Description

This mock trial is based upon an actual chiropractic malpractice trial that resulted from a lawsuit alleging the plaintiff suffered a stroke as a result of chiropractic cervical adjustment. The purpose of this mock trial is to provide chiropractors a better understanding of the legal system and reinforce the importance of risk management.
