Medicare Documentation and the LCD

Course Description

This webinar will cover the important topic of Medicare documentation and the Local Coverage Determination (LCD). We will cover what is covered, how to document your care and how to properly bill it. Medicare is an open book test. The Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) give us all the details we have to use in our documentation and billing. Many time we choose to not look at the answers or don’t know where to look for the answers. After attending this webinar, you will know where to look to ensure your Medicare documentation is going to meeting the requirements set out by CMS and your MAC.
